Market Volatility Notice — Bank of England and Bank of Japan Decisions

17th 9月 2026
ADFXチーム

Dear Client,

Please be advised that the Bank of England (BoE) will announce its interest rate decision and publish its Monetary Policy Committee minutes on 17 September 2026. The Bank of Japan (BoJ) will hold its monetary policy meeting on 17–18 September and announce its policy decision after the meeting.

These central-bank decisions and related policy communications may prompt markets to reassess the U.K. and Japanese interest-rate outlooks. GBP and JPY currency pairs, U.K. and Japanese equity indices, precious metals and other related markets may experience heightened volatility, wider spreads, changes in liquidity and potential price gaps.

We recommend following the central-bank announcements and press conferences closely, reviewing relevant positions in advance, managing your risk exposure appropriately and maintaining sufficient margin in your account. Kind regards,
ADFX Team
