US Index Pricing Update

Dear Trader,

Following the market open on Monday, 10 March 2025, we have observed unusual price behavior on US index products, including noticeable opening gaps.

After coordination with our liquidity providers, it was confirmed that the observed movements were related to underlying futures contract rollovers used in index pricing calibration. Prices have since been reviewed and adjusted, and all quotes during the affected period are deemed valid as confirmed by our LPs.

We appreciate your understanding and will continue working closely with our providers to ensure pricing consistency going forward.
